Keri holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2004 and is an ERYT-500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. She has logged countless hours of study with master yoga teachers such as Christina Sell, Darren Rhodes, Ana Forrest, Jason Crandell and Andrei Ram, and has over 14 years of teaching experience, Keri’s depth of knowledge and experience strives to serve others on their journey to health.
Keri brings awareness to patterns both mentally and physically to enable healing and transformation within her clients and students. Understanding the physical and mechanical aspects of the body combined with the introspective and self-regulation practices of yoga, Keri is able to provide comprehensive care for those she serves. Her practice provides the pathway to self-discovery along with the tools to autonomously care for yourself.
Listen to your body.
It's wiser than you think.

Keri established her therapy practice 15 years ago on the principle that education leads to transformation. She approaches each of her clients as an individual: a whole physical and energetic being. Keri believes strongly that educating her clients on how and why they have pain makes all the difference, that understanding “the why” compels people to do things differently. Her primary goal is to foster autonomy. Keri provides you with the understanding and the tools to be able to take very good care of yourself.
Along with the self-care tools of personalized programs, postural awareness, mobility training, stabilization, and stretching, Keri provides exceptional hands-on therapy techniques. Traditional physical therapy creates balance within the physical structure of the body and Keri’s use of manual therapy and self-awareness cues cultivate a deeper awareness and amplify the healing experience.
Growing up as a competitive gymnast and dancer, many times, physical therapists helped Keri get back to doing what she loved. Keri’s physical therapy practice strives to offer others the opportunity to feel good doing what they love.

Keri initially fell in love with the physical practice of yoga as a natural adjunct to her extensive study of the body. Since then, she has sought master teachers like Ana Forrest, Darren Rhodes, Christina Sell, Andrei Ram, and Janet Stone. These teachers, along with dear friends and deep inquiry have helped her to access her heart, inner strength and softness. She has been teaching since 2008, hoping to share some of the tremendous benefits she has experienced.
Alignment has become the main principle that guides Keri’s teaching. She believes that proper physical alignment and engagement are essential for safety, stability and space within the body. She believes that this engagement starts on the surface and “trickles inward” to build internal awareness—a deep listening—that helps students move through the world in alignment with their truest Self.
Keri has watched her life transform and grow through the practice and teaching of yoga. As a painfully shy young woman, Keri described herself as meek. She was a professional and full-time critic of herself. After blaming herself for a "failed" marriage, Keri fully dove into yoga. After many years of yoga asana and meditation practice, and now of teaching, she finally feels that she is able to pause that running tape in her mind long enough to cultivate compassion instead of criticism. Although this work will be lifelong for her, Keri is now a business owner, a teacher of teachers, and a woman who feels that she has something of value to say.
